We collect information from you directly from your submissions and automatically through the technologies of the Service.

myblock GmbH uses so-called "session" cookies and web beacons on the browser side. Use of YouTube components with extended data protection mode


On our website we use videos that  www.youtube.com  of the company YouTube LLC, a company of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, and can be played directly from our website. These videos are displayed on our websites as thumbnails. A connection to the YouTube servers is only established when you press the play button for the videos and the content is displayed on the website by notifying your browser. We also use the "extended data protection mode" option provided by YouTube. According to the information provided by YouTube, in "extended data protection mode" data is only transmitted to the YouTube server, in particular your IP address and which of our Internet pages you have visited, when you click on the video. If you are logged into YouTube at the same time, this information will be assigned to your YouTube member account. You can prevent this by logging out of your member account before visiting our website.

myblock uses Google Analytics including DoubleClick from Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (hereinafter referred to as Google). The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website (including your IP address) is transmitted to the servers of the web analysis services (at Google in the USA) and stored there. Our legitimate interest, which forms the legal basis for the processing, lies in the achievement of these purposes. Your data will be hosted by a provider located within the European Union (Microsoft Azure) by way of order data processing. Both myblock and the provider use technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or access by unauthorized persons. We would like to point out that the transmission of data on the Internet may be unsecured and there is therefore a risk that third parties may intercept and use the data. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments. You can also contact us at any time by post or telephone.

3. Contact

If you contact us via the contact options offered on this website, then we process the data that you make available to us in the course of this. The purpose of the processing is to answer your request. The legal basis arises from our legitimate interest, which is to achieve this purpose. This data will be deleted 6 months after the last contact.

4. Your Rights

In accordance with the applicable data protection law, you have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, objection and portability of the data.
